Obscure Video Game that no one cares about except me of the week #2

Sim City '64 is a rare Game created for the almost as rare Nintendo 64DD Console Add-on. It is a sort of Sequel to the SNES' Port of Sim City, with many things carried over from that. (e.g. Dr. Wright, The Giant Mario Statue) The Gameplay is similar to Simcity 2000, but had a Different Graphical Texture, AND new Features that haven't been Implemented into any Sims Game until recently. These include: Viewing the City at Night (Now in Sim City 4), Pedestrian-level Free-roaming of your City, Individual Pedestrians & Cars, and a SimCopter-ish Helicopter-flying Game. It was only released in Japan.

That is pretty interesting. It seems like they released a lot of interesting games only in Japan.
