Obscure-Video-Game-that-no-one-but-me-cares-about-of-the-week #5

Doshin the Giant is a simulation Game for the failed 64DD Console Add-On. It was originally released in Japan as a DD Launch Title on December 1, 1999. It was later graphically bumped up and re-released for the Gamecube in 2002. You control a Big, Yellow Giant named Doshin who lives on the Island of Barudo. (Which means 'Bald' in Japanese.) The player controls the Outcome of the Game. You can transform between Doshin (The Love Giant) and Jashin (The Hate Giant) at Will. By absorbing the Love or Hate of the Natives, you grow Bigger. However, a Big Giant is more prone to step on a Villager, though a Small Giant is Slow. The Idea of the Game is that there needs to be a Balance to everything.

FUN FACT: A sequel/ Add-On to 'Doshin the Giant' was released for the DD in 2000, titled "Kyojin no Doshin Kaiho Sensen Chibikko Chikko Daishugo". (Doshin the Giant: Rescue from the Front by the Toddlers who Tinkle at the Large Meeting Hall) Yes, you read it Right. Don't worry, its not as Bad as it Sounds. It's more like the Kids shoot 2-D Hearts out the Front of their Pants. But that's another Game.
